They taste exactly the same, their nutritional values are the exact same, the only difference is that the yellow have the annatto berry added to change the color. We also offer a Delicious Garlic and Dill Cheese Curd. Which are excellent melted over braided pretzels. Last, but not least we offer a Jalapeno Cheese Curd. They're not too spicy though, they have the perfect heat to them. NEW! Cajun Curd are now available!
