Developed by Art Sobczak and Master Cheese-maker, Bob Wills, in 1988; this Butterkase cheese makes an exceptional grilled cheese and gooey mac & cheese! Like it hot? Try "Igor's Heat"! This spicy creation uses Mousehouse Jack base and adds jalapenos and habaneros!
