IMPORTANT!! December 2019 is a short shipping month. There are only 3 weeks before Christmas. Our last major shipping date will be Monday December 16th. What does this mean to you? ORDER and SHIP EARLY!! The shipping companies will be working triple time as everyone wants to get their orders out. Getting your order in early and having us ship during the first two weeks of December increases your odds of your loved ones receiving their awesome gift to share before Christmas.
Delivery Dates: We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. When you select a delivery date IT IS AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE. We will do our best to have the product delivered on the date you select via the shipping method that you choose.
Shipping Method: When selecting a shipping method, we highly recommend that you select 2nd day air (if it is offered to you), especially if shipping to a warm climate. We cannot be responsible for ground shipments delivered to warm climates.
Order Early! We ship year round, not just during the holidays, so be sure to indicate when you want your orders to arrive. All orders will be mailed immediately unless otherwise indicated. All orders placed by December 2nd are guaranteed delivery for Christmas.
Security and privacy information. All of your credit card information will be transmitted using SSL security. Your name and address are safe with us.
Please enter all address information to avoid errors, including zip code and phone numbers. For apartment buildings, please include apartment numbers. Please furnish a complete street address. UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO A POST OFFICE BOX. If gift is to be delivered to a rural route please add the name of the road and include directions.
Give correct addresses. Many people change their addresses every year so be certain your addresses are current, complete and correct. WE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION!
Canada and other International Addresses. Due to customs limitations, we cannot ship outside the US. Sorry.
Substitutions. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value in gift assortments, if necessary.
Corporate orders. Call for custom gift boxes of 15 or more.
Returns. Please keep in mind that food items are not returnable. With that said, we understand that occasionally packages will be damaged or delayed in shipment. In these rare cases we will replace the product, give you store credit or refund your money. IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE, DO NOT DISCARD IT!! The shipper may wish to see the package. Try to keep the package in a cooler or refrigerator until it is inspected, picked up or you are instructed to discard it by us.
