MMMMMMMacaroni and Cheese





1 Pound Large Macaroni Noodles 
2 Tablespoons Butter 
2 Tablespoons Flour 
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream 
¾ Cup Mousehouse Jack, shredded
¾ Cup Smoked Mousehouse Jack, shredded 
½ Cup Pannaro, shredded 
½ Cup Bacon Colby, shredded 
½ Cup Baby Swiss, shredded 
2 Ounces Cream Cheese, cubed 
Salt & Pepper to Taste 
1/2 package bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
Boil noodles and set aside 
Shred cheeses and combine into 1 cheese blend.  Set aside. 
Melt butter in a large pot 
Stir in Flour 
Gently Cook, whisking flour and butter together until smooth and flour has a chance to cook.  About 2 – 3 minutes 
Slowly add heavy cream while continuing to whisk. Gently bring mixture to a slow bubble. 
Allow the mixture to thicken a bit, then stir in 2 cups of your shredded cheese blend, 1 handful at a time. 
Add cubed cream cheese and mix until blended 
Season mixture with salt and pepper 
Add cooked macaroni to sauce and coat completely 
Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.  Add cooked bacon crumbled on top if desired
Place under pre-heated broiler to brown your cheese.  This will only take 1-2 minutes so don’t walk away! 
 Remove from oven and devour!
