This coffee is coarse ground in filter packs. Coarse ground lowers the acidity of coffee without sacrificing flavor or boldness. A finer grind can tend to clump together, and the cold water needs to circulate freely through the ground coffee for optimal extraction.
How to Make Cold Brew Coffee - So Easy!
This will make a fairly concentrated coffee on its own, but it’s perfect for pouring over ice or mixing with milk – or both.
1.) Steep one 2 oz. bag in 32 oz. cold water, making sure the filter pack is thoroughly saturated with water. Cover for 12 to 24 hours on the counter at room temperature or refrigerate.
2.) Remove bag, and your cold brew is ready to enjoy. Serve the coffee with as much ice, water, or milk as you prefer.
3.) Store the coffee in the fridge for 7 to 10 days.
